Being a fellow "Creeker", Cedar Creek Division of FR, I would totally agree with MPI_Mallard. They almost have it right. FR is a big corporation with many smaller "Divisions" that make the various RVs we love and hate...it's the customer service departments within these divisions that you should be talking to and this is probably whom folks could be bashing. Maybe the OP did take this route first, he didn't say.
FR is not perfect, but you have to work from the bottom up...which could include the dealer.
On the ridiculous side of things...why not give Warren Buffet a call and complain to him...that would be going to the top.
