Forest River Work & Play Toy Haulers

Sorry to revive an old thread. As I'm also looking at the 16UL and 18EC, as well as the 21UL. I was hoping I could get an update on how your trailers are holding up and if there were any issues you've had that required you to contact Forest River/Work and Play and how they handled it?
