Last word I received Thursday is that a representative from NORCO (BAL) should be contacting our service writer at the dealership...
Sure don't seem to be in hurry.....my understanding (rumor control) is the Forest River is aware of this issue with the 344QB model and that BAL repaired one and it immediately failed so FR had the dealership buy it back and return it....they supposedly asked one dealership to pull 3 of them off the sales line...but like I said rumor has it and I don't have a way to confirm any of it...it is promising though....
