Fresh Water Tank Drainage ?

Its not a matter of being in a rush, But if you use a dump station people get angry because it takes so long, letting it drip run while driving down the road is illegal and you can't just let X amount of water out in a camp ground or on the side of the road. And watering the plants is a no no in an apartment ! At present I use a drain in the complex but I can't do it for ever. So I guess a bigger outlet is called for...
