We have 2013 Sandpiper 366FL and really enjoy the room if offers. My biggest issues so far are the LA k of basement storage and the TV is mounted at the front so watching it is not the most comtrable. Will remove the couches when the kids are gone and replaced with some recliners. Overall, has been a good unit. If Sandpiper is not available in hour area look at the Sierra 366FL. Twin units both made by Forrest River.
