Our Sandpiper had some initial problems, hydraulic slides would creep out while driving, had floor in hallway sink about 1/2 " and a couple minor issues all handled professionally and have had no other issues since then and its been over a year. I have called their customer service a couple of times and questions were always answered quickly. We are very pleased with our Sandpiper. Good luck and happy hunting.
