OK, 16,200 GVW, 12,700 on the axles, 3200 on the pin. Trailer wants to porpoise while towing, In other words the rear drops down while the front maintains the same height, causing a up and down moveme...

Axle wt 12,700 + pin 3,200 = 15,900/3,200 = 4.9685 100/4.96875= Pin wt 21,125%
My rig in sig is 12,600 on 7k axles and 3100 on the pin or 19.75% also have 2 in riser on trailer suspension. Demco Glideride and B&W companion hitch. I run level with 7in clearance and only occasional slight chucking on bad roads. Most of the time I forget it's back there.
Check your trailer suspension.
