Why would it be frozen if it is electric?
You should have access to the water heater by way of a square access panel on the side of your rig, a foot and a half or so in diameter, most likely on the side opposite your entry door. If it is not tankless, there should be a relief valve you pop open to see if it's full of water. Assuming that you did not lose electric, it is probably full of hot water, so stand back when pushing on the valve.
Most likely because you have no water pressure, you have no hot water coming out of your taps when you open them. If you somehow ran out of of water in your hot water tank, you should turn the electric off at the heater to prevent burning out the heating element, but if you ran out a while ago, too late for that.
There are plenty of explanatory videos on YouTube for RV systems, sound like you need to spend the next day watching them since you're stuck and seem very unfamiliar with the basics of RV use (no offense).
