I'm not sure about Graco pumps but Keystone uses GPI-RV8 pumps with 15 amp fuses. I would think a 15 will work for you.
The GPI pumps have plastic gears that swell when exposed to alcohol laced gasoline. Replacing these gears will fix 99% of pumps blowing fuses. GPI will even mail you a new style gear set made with better plastic for free if you call them.
All you could do to prevent swelled gears is install the updated gears when you buy your RV. As far as I know, GPI still builds new pumps with old gears?? Yep, that does not make any sense. Oh yes, you could avoid any gasoline with alcohol. Maybe this is possible in Texas but most of us are forced to buy gasohol.
