Fuel tank brackets

I have a 2009 26' shockwave toy hauler I noticed today that the tank is only holding by two brackets the two front brackets broke off from the frame . Luckily we got it home without it falling out.
Has this been a issue with these trailers? You would think this would be a recall. Could have killed somebody. Boy are these trailers junk !!!!
