You can shut them both. You will have plenty of air flow through the kitchen and living room vents.
We just put a throw rug over the bedroom vent if it gets to be too much. Or the dogs bed. Easy to rearrange on those nights when we do want the extra warmth.
Your bathroom vent probably isn't making that much difference anyway, assuming you leave the bathroom door closed. No return vent in there, and the only return path is probably the gap under the door. Layouts vary of course so YMMV.
