We're in the same boat regarding a local dealer. Our nearest one is two hours away - Ansley, I believe.

We are interested in the 301 and 325, but I am very curious to see what the "new concept" floor plans are. We aren't planning to buy until next year anyhow. I am debating on whether we really have to have that half bath in the 325 or not - that's my "thing" not his.:B The 325 is close to our limits, for sure.

No complaints so far with our 2013 Fuzion 315. I picked it up the first weekend in October last year and have since put a little more than 3,500 miles on it. It is towed with a 2011 F350 equipped with Firestone airbags. There is no doubt that the 315 is on the ragged edge of the ratings of a SRW 350 and definitely over the 250 ratings. That being said, it is withing the axle and tire ratings of the truck and the truck handles it fine.

During our search for a toyhauler, the Fuzion not only best met our needs, but the quality seemed to be slightly better than most of the others. I've had a few small issues that I had taken care of under warranty at the dealer. All of the issues could have easily been corrected here at home at virtually no cost to me, so I'm not complaining.

So to answer your question, yes I think the Fuzions are worth their cost in comparison to other brands. They are all over-priced for what you get, but you gotta pay to play. Whether or not you actually would need a bigger truck, I can't answer that for you because of quite a few variables in your situation that I have no knowledge of. If your tires are rated at more than 3500 psi each and you install airbags, I would think you could make it a year or two with the F250 unless you plan to use the trailer a lot. If it were me, I would probably get the trailer I wanted and make due with the truck I already had for at least a year or maybe two then upgrade the truck. That way you don't get hit with over $100k in expense all at once. If you plan to travel large distances and frequently, I doubt that you will be comfortable with your present truck for very long. Only you can make the decision if you will get enough use/enjoyment out of the trailer to justify all that cost.

This just happened yesterday, it has really bothered me about not bringing that unit home. My dealer was super disturbed, as well as Keystone, I am up in the air now about what I will buy.

That sucks. Good call on the DRW. Its a pin heavy trailer, I notice it more on this trailer than the 322 it replaced. Too bad it didn't work out, hard to believe over two lousy inches. Certainly true on the resale value of trailers. I came out ok on my 322 simply because Holman RV got me a great deal on when I bought it.

We bought a Fuzion 2013 FZ315 and like it a lot. The built in couch/dinette have since been replaced with a Lazy Boy recliner couch since the one it came with was not very comfortable. I was towing it with a 2008 F250 super cab Super Duty with the diesel engine. It towed it fine but really squatted the suspension until I put air bags on it. We towed it back from Florida, 1,500 plus miles, without issue. However, I have since bought a new 350 DRW. I went to a scale on a weekend outing with the F250 and found that I was about 1,100 pounds over the GVWR of the truck and about 150 pounds over on the rear axle rating. The truck handled the load fine, but I had concerns about the rear tires.

I have a 2009 Fuzion 393 with the 14' garage. We love it a lot. The only problem we have had with the trailer is the stock tires needed to be replaced after only two years as one blew out and I replaced all 6 and the spare and the graphics need to be replaced as they are really weathered. I pull with a 2008 Ford F-450SD with the 6.4L engine with no problem. It's a big trailer and loaded up with four street bikes in the back and you are heavy. My last scale was at 26,600# on our last trip. We only use ours a few times a year but do trailer out to Mt. Rushmore once a year for about a 2000 mile round trip from home with no issues.
