I did that upgrade to my Voltage 3200 when we ought it in April of 2011. My recollection is that I paid a little more than that for 4-6 volt Interstate batteries, so I would say that , yes, it seems like a fair price. I am more than happy with the upgrade, I have a 75 watt solar panel I use to charge the batteries. We dry camp a lot, and it we don't use the furnace much, I can go 5 to 6 days without having to run the generator (except when my wife needs her hair dryer).
