Garmin RV 760LMT

You might look at the Rand McNally RV-7720 which is the newer model of the 7710 that I have. Have been excellent so far and am on my second year with it.

The RV 760LMT still shows "available for pre order" on the Garmin site. Are you sure to are not confusing the RV 760LMT with the regular 760LMT which is available?

The Garmin RV 760LMT? How did you get one if they don't even ship until July 10th?

From all the searching I've done, it looks like shipping on the new one will begin around the 10th. of July. There was a post on the Forest River forum where an RVer had contacted Garmin directly, and told them he was headed out on a trip somewhere, so they were going to overnight his to his first campground. :>)

I have the 460LMT trucker version and keeps me away from low overpasses etc. I really like the features of the 760 and am interested as well what people will say when they use it for a few months. The WX feature is way cool and built in back up camera is a definite plus!

Just be careful with the Rand models. I bought the RV7720 because it had programmable POI's. I studied the manual and decided it would do what I wanted.

WRONG, after much griping the support people decided the manual was wrong and you can't program it the way the manual shows. The rest is as advertized.
