I've never had a convenient place to weigh, when fully loaded, so really only a guess, but I'd say 18.5-19K.
BTW: I can remember seeing the display on that 15 CTD of yours showing 6 mpg, on a pic you posted, and that was not towing anything!:)

Two possibilities of that, solo at 104mph or towing into a head wind of 40mph at 75 mph.
Ok so your RV is around 11k or so. If I were buying a Ford I would do as you for sure!
