Please read the original OP's post: It's a Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler, not a MH. Yes on MHs gas or diesel the genny won't run below 1/4 tank. On a 5er TH the genny will have it's own tank and should be able to run until the tank is empty. Same as our Propane genny, will run until there's no propane left in the tank.
To the OP, double check the Onan manual and verify if it's OK to use Ethanol/Gas mix, even if it is, some stations are running a much higher percentage. Also is there a filter in the line somewhere? Could be junk in the tank from manufacture that has plugged the filter.
