You will need two 2000i Honda Generators to run your AC (1 AC); with the parallel cable they provide 4000 Watts/26.6 Amps Max with somewhat less continuous use amperage. I use the 2 Hondas mentioned above specifically for AC when stopped at truck stops for a rest/nap or when boon docking. My 15000 BTU AC draws about 16-17 Amps with a brief surge to about 19 amps when starting. As mentioned, power management of high amp usage items (microwave, AC, Electric hot water, curling iron/blow dryer - not all at the same time) is required, but easy. Been using them for over 3 years with no problems; very quiet and easy starting. I just turn of the AC when microwaving or my wife has the blow dryer/curling iron going. I have them semi-permanently mounted in the front of my long bed truck with a roll top cover; not sure where they would easily fit in your setup.
