If you can get along without AC just one 2000W genny will do as long as you are concious of power management. Not likely it will run the waterheater & microwave together. Leave the waterheater on propane & turn on as needed.
Most of us seem to get by with the one genny.
Rather than buying a second genny so that the AC can be run money might be better spent upgrading the battery bank & installing at least a 1000W inverter to run the little loads like phone chargers, TV, sound system in silence.
