I'm thinking about getting this one. Powerhorse. I can buy 2 for the price of 1 Honda.
What is the dcb level over the Honda's and clean power? That's the plus of the Honda's - low dcb, great fuel economy, and clean power, which is important for my husband who is a software developer and does this when we're on the road. When we first purchased our FW, we checked into having the dealer install an Onan propane powered generator in the front bay, but due to the price, we opted out and glad we did. In the months after we talked to FW owners with that setup and they have to carry extra (large) propane tanks for the generator. We instead kept our original Honda EU2000 and have used it as needed when dry camping, mainly to top off the batteries or run the microwave. Since then we installed solar panels and an inverter and haven't really had to use the Honda, but it's always along with us just in case. The solar setup allows us to watch satellite TV, run computers, etc., and run our fridge en route (with sunny weather). Bear in mind though that we seldom need to run our AC due to where we camp, what time of year, and we have two. If we need to, we will stay at an RV park for the 50amp power.
I was told it is 1 db lower than a Honda. Also, the parallel Cables are included.
