Well yes and no. Here's the US Honda EU2000i Wiring Diagram and here's the Canadian Honda EU2000i Wiring Diagram ... compare the two and I'm sure anyone with a modicum of electronics knowledge will see the difference and figure out how a pair of Cdn versions can easily be paralleled. To be clear I'm not necessarily recommending this, just saying it's not as difficult as you may think. ;)
Agreed. I was thinking the exact same thing quite honestly but instead of playing with the generator and potential oopsies that may result, I think I'll take a driver South for a couple of hours and just buy the U.S. model. Even with exchange it's the same cost.
IF we ever decide we need two gens then we are ready to just plug the second one in.
