Use it to power your RV now, and switch it to power your home when it is complete. Probably a discussion to have with your general contractor, not an RV supplier.
Way ahead of you on this one. Part of our home plans include wiring for and putting a generator on the house to run everything.
What I would like to have for now is a generator that we can specifically move around and take with us in the Fifth Wheel should we ever need it.
