Geo-coordinates into GM Infotainment Navigation

I have a'19 Silverado, High Country, and am not able to download geographical coordinates into the infotainment nav system. Been back to dealer and they didn't know either. I've followed the infotainment handbook directions, i.e., created a .csv file with decimal coordinates, but no luck. We often camp in national forests away from mainstream POIs so geo-coords would really be helpful. Y'all stay safe! TTFN
