I would never want a rear kitchen model based on how badly our TT bounces in the back when on our bad highways. We had to put child-proof locks on our nightstand drawer to keep it from coming out underway. Can't imagine what would happen to appliances and stored dishes/glassware located back there.
Did you think that maybe it's your TT that's poorly designed? Most with RK's don't have issues. Glacier Peaks come with shocks, does yours?
Towed ours over some pretty rough roads and had the counter top lid for the garbage can come off. Never had a dish break nor a door open.
