Glacier Peak 26RKS

Anyone have one? I had never heard of Glacier Peak until I saw one on CL earlier today in our search for a shorter fiver. This one is a foot or two shorter than we planned on getting and the floor plan is not quite what we had in mind. But from what I can tell from youtube vids, the quality and features tough to beat.

Anyway, I am driving 7 hours round trip tomorrow to go look at a 2015 that has always been garaged. Anything I should look at closely? Thanks for any advice?
  • I had a Timber Ridge TT, made by outdoors RV prior to my current rig. Outdoors RV's overbuild their frames, and generally give you plenty of Axle and tire for the weight, unlike most manufactures. They tend to be well insulated, capable of rough roads, and great for dry camping. Unfortunately, they didn't have any floorplans the wife liked when we were looking so we ended up with the bighorn, which isn't anywhere near as good of quality structurally.
  • It has a lot more features than all of the others we have looked at so far, solar, backup camera, wind sensitive encased power awning, thicker walls, solid wood cabinetry, 50" and 32" flat screens, remote leveling and slide controls, 16" tires, 4 shock suspension, etc. Plus the original owner has two small generators that go with it. Pretty excited to go look at it.
  • Don't have one yet, but I plan on it shortly. Looked at that very floorplan last week. They are known for their quality (and price) but nothing that really jumps out at you at first. You have to look closely at the details, especially underneath.

You never hear about that 5er model series name, or their other model names, because everyone just calls them by their company name, Outdoors RV.
