In my motorhome, I have a switch near the door that turns on a porch light, a master switch that can shut off all power to the basement storage lights (so one accidently left on will not discharge the battery, sometimes a moving box will turn on a light when it had been off). Another turns on a interior light.
I guess you have been turning things on and off, yet still have not found out what they control? Perhaps the fuse is bad going to those switches?
There might also be a light on the drivers side that comes on with those switches, or sometimes a light under the hitch?
