Golf Cart Behind FW
Wondering if anybody has used the swivel wheel or Idaho tote system to tow a golf cart behind a FW?

What you are saying is that if my state doesn't require license plates and lights to travel though another state I would have to get license plates in that state for a trailer and install lights. Wow that means I would have to a residence in that state to get the plates. I don't think that is the way it works...
