Golf Cart Behind FW
Wondering if anybody has used the swivel wheel or Idaho tote system to tow a golf cart behind a FW?

A swivel wheel is considered a trailer in some states. A forthright swivelwheel builder will tell you that it varies according to the states' DMV regulations. In your state it may be considered part of the 5th wheel, other states may not consider it that.
I was never ticketed but that could simply be the luck of the draw. I always figured "What the heck" and acted accordingly. I traveled in and through several states that don't allow double towing and was never stopped, or even looked at as far as I could tell. But I could have just been lucky.
