Good Sam Advocate

Does anyone know how to get in touch with the advocate that helps resolve repair issues with the manufacturers? Someone said it is through Good Sam. Others have said it is through one of the rv magazines.

The Good Sam Club advocacy program is called Action Line. If members have a dispute about an RV-related issue, they can count on the Good Sam Club Action Line to help. Action Line cuts through red tape, gets answers, and works to resolve problems on behalf of Good Sam Club members. Contact Action Line. This is a member’s only page of the website, meaning member log in is required in order to access.

Hot Line is MotorHome magazine's consumer-dispute program. Letters to Hot Line should be addressed to MotorHome Hot Line, 2750 Park View Court, Suite 240, Oxnard, CA 93036. Hot Line doesn't encourage email submissions.

Trailer Life magazine's RV Action Line, which will be renamed RV Resolutions starting with the April issue, is Trailer Life's consumer-dispute program. Trailer Life's RV Resolutions also doesn't encourage email submissions. Correspondence should be mailed to Trailer Life Resolutions at the above address.
  • Trailer Life magazine has a column called RV Action Line.
