Good size kitchen with 3 slides - any suggestions?

I am new to the forum and new to RV'ing. We are looking at the CruiserRV Enterra 316RKS TT but DH would prefer a 5th wheel. The reason we like the Enterra is the large kitchen, 3 slides & fairly mod...

I saw a Crossroads yesterday while at my dealer getting some things. Not sure of the model but it was very nice with rear living, fireplace with tv above, and a knockout kitchen. One thing I found odd, however, was it only had a net carrying capacity of 1,600 lbs. That just doesn't sound like enough for a 33+ foot fifth wheel.
