My opinion,
Consistent RV industry fail....
Undersized axles, under PSI rated wheels, under load rated
tires. Always has been , always will be, until we stop
buying them. RV industry thinks it is acceptable to meet
the minimum and then markets with the verbage that supports
their choices. I read with amazement how the tire manuf. are
to blame.
Your options.. swap out the axles, higher rated wheels, better
quality tires, digital tire pressure guage, infrared thermometers,
TPMS, tire covers, and frequent brake/bearing checks/replacememts.
Throw in probably another 3-5K to your rapidly depreciating RV expenditure.
As mentioned...years of being "well-documented" and nothing
changes. Again, a consistent RV industry fail. I guess the
body count isn't high enough yet....
