I am using the Andersen Ultimate which attaches to the ball but IS NOT a gooseneck hitch.
+1. I would never risk using a GN adapter on a 5th wheel. The benefits don't outweigh the potential harm you can do to your trailer. The sight of one on a 5er makes me cringe...
