GM says the 2014 2500 Duramax with 2 wheel drive has a 5th wheel rating of 17,800 pounds and a payload of 3431 pounds. If you get the 4wd version it has a 5th wheel rating of 17,500 pounds and a payload of 3079 pounds. Your Reflection trailer has a gross weight rating of just under 14,000 pounds. The 2500HD Duramax will pull that trailer just fine.
My former truck was a 2009, 2500HD Duramax. Its 5th wheel rating was only 13,900 pounds but it pulled my 14,000 pound Everest all over the country just fine. We now have a 3500HD dually pulling the same trailer and I can't tell much difference over the 2500 except for the beefier Duramax.
