You're right in the fact I wouldn't go to the dealer. 9 times out of 10 they're the ones who tarnish the brand. I would not base my decision on going with or recommending the brand based off of one person.
No, at 65, I've learned not to assume....it'll come back to haunt you. Agree that the dealer can make the manufacturer look bad. Nor would I base what I'd purchase, or not purchase based on one persons reoort on the product... We good:B
