You have an accident it could be a factor if a lawyer is on the ball which most are. I am going through the same thing now with my 2016 F350 SWR long box with a 11,500 GVWR, after I weighted the truck which came in at 9200, that only leaves me with only a payload or pin weight of 2,300. 5th wheel toy hauler now out the window
