This has been a big issue - but easily fixable (and not a reason to give up on Grand Design). The GD forum is very active with a lot of good advice.

I have visited the GD forum for quite some time and joined a week or so back. And as for the grease on brakes issue, I have seen it. Have a thread over there also where I was advised about the issue, what to look for, and to speak to my dealer prior to delivery. I thought TusconJim stayed with a fiver, just different floor plan?
