Gravity fill water issue

I have a 2017 Starcraft Solstice 28 TSI and only have had it this year. I took copious notes on delivery, however, one must of slipped by. I am unable to fill fresh water tank ! The only way is with city pressure and the docking station in tank fill mode. There is no gravity fill port on the outside on the RV. Any ideas? I looked thru manual and it does not match what I have!

    I find it hard to believe a 2017 RV does not have a gravity fill option.
    Shame on the manufacturer if they did not provide a way to gravity fill.
    My 202 has a convenience center but it still has gravity fill ability

    AFAIK, very few of the newer rigs with "convenience" stations, have a gravity fill; maybe =none= of them do. A really stupid idea, if you ask me. I know that whatever rig I buy will have some sort of a gravity fill added after it goes out of warranty.

    Is there not away to set the fill switches to allow you to suck water from a container using the on board 12 volt pump.
    My rig allows me to draw fresh water from a container vis the water pump.

    Sidecar, I don’t know. I left for the weekend at 2 on Friday. The ones I worked Thursday were mostly okay.
