On our 2007 HH2 the galley tank valve has been stuck in the OPEN position for several years. Fortunately, that is in the OPEN position so I put on that valve at the end of the drain line and have operated it that way for all these years. I preferred this to tearing out the enclosed bottom of the trailer and dealing with repairing the valve.
This has been no problem. It just means that the galley tank always drains first when I open the valve at the end of the line. The other two valves remain closed until I dump them.
