Gray water tanks
My Hideout has two gray water tanks with one discharge valve. How do they work? Does one tank fill first and then drain into the other tank. Are there two drains leading to the one discharge valve?

Black or gray has nothing to do with the color of the handle. It refers to the tank and the source of the waste. Every handle I've seen has been black plastic, until they fade. :)
Unless you mean to say that yours is labeled wrong. That happens sometimes at the factory.
