Grey Tank and Galley Tank
would like to find out if the grey tanks and galley tanks have safety valves or over flow mechanisms to bleed them when they get to full?? both my grey tank (shower & lav) in bathroom and galley tank...

Black tank would have to get REALLY FULL....so full that level would have to be starting to go up vent pipe
You see there is this 'anti-siphon vacuum device' installed HIGH up on that flush system to prevent/stop any backflow from tank.
If it actually did occur (high level..go thru spray nozzle then up 2' to anti-siphon vacuum device) it would leak inside RV where 'device is located'---typically under bathroom sink or even in a closet
