SO......
You have looked around the driverside tires/under slide out (in front/between/behind) and found no 1 1/2" drain valve?
Maybe handle has fallen off and there is just a valve stem????
One other place......do you have a 'sewer hose storage compartment' ???
On some Keystone models galley drain valve was in there.
BUT on the Montanas---------driverside wheel area
If would HELP if you posted which actual model
'Signature' is great place for that on-going info as lots of questions/answers are easier when Brand/Model are known
