Had a bad blow out .And tired of reading 1000 post on tires

In short get the best tire available. This is not a time to take the savings. Michelin XPS Ribs or Duravis R250 they are both an full steel encased tire.
You can find lots of less expensive tires but the quality will not be there.
Blow out damage is costly why take the risk to save a few pennies.
No tire is 100% failure proof however if I'm going to have a blow out I hope that it is from some sort of road hazard vs. a tire that self destructed
