- eDUBzExplorerThe only way to fix it is to V out the crack feather sand all around it with corse sand paper, apply fiberglass and resin feather and blend it all back in. Basically like body work but with fiberglass. Fill it in with a skin coat of putty sand prime and paint.

It's a 2020? Still under warranty? Don't try to fix it yourself, get it into the dealership or factory ASAP.

- rrupertExplorerYou may want to drill a 1/8" at the very end of the crack to stop the progress of the crack. That distributes the stress in all directions. If it works on steel bridge beams it works on RVs as well. I've seen many others that have done this as well.
- Rover_BillExplorer IITake it back to the RV dealer you purchased it from and have them examine and DOCUMENT the crack. It could be a structural defect in the underlying framing that causing the crack. If it is structural, the $$$$ repair should be covered under your warranty.
