Happi Jac/Quick Draw bed lift

I have an LCI Quick Draw electric bed lift in my toy hauler. The top bed got out of alignment due to me raising the beds with a pillow and heavy blankets on the lower bed. When I lowered the beds the top bed didn't drop in a level fashion so I got on to the top bed in an effort to level it out. When I got on the top bunk something broke inside the rail that houses the chain mechanism. Now I have to keep the top bed pinned up while the lower bed works as it should.

I have not been able to find any literature on how the internals of the Quick Draw and Happi Jac bed lifts work.Does anybody how the chain mechanism works or where I can find a diagram of the internals so I know what I'm getting into before I tear his thing apart?
