If you are planning on using this type of carrier on the bumper of the trailer instead of the tow vehicle I would do some serious beef up of the trailer frame/bumper metal works.
There isn't much to work with on the OEM RV trailer bumpers...
There are a few photos here on this google link showing what others have done. Might give you some ideas.
