The instructions that came with mine were very specific and clear.
Only simple tools needed - just be sure you do it correctly - otherwise you will not get power into the rig.
I did mine in about two hours - and it has paid for itself many times over in the prevention of high power, low power and back-to-front power. I have a 'Progressive' and you can read the installation instruction on their web site at:

and follow the links to the installation manual for the model to suit your needs.
Older campgrounds seem to have a higher frequency of poor or incorrect power supply to the posts.
