I will not name the company, (In good hands) but I called my agent of 8 years and told him the pressure was on for me to change because the premiums were creeping up too high. He dropped the "disappearing" deductible and "found" a special program for seniors.
The result? My policy costs went down 33%!!!
My wife's question: Why did we have to ask? They should provide their "best" without being asked. I agree.
This just proves that only the people that complain and gripe are receiving the best. That, somehow, seems wrong.
