Just wait your rates will go up next year. Then go back to Hartford and get a quote they will be much cheaper!
Did the same Had Farmers for 30 years then the rates jumped so I went to State Farm and saved a lot then a year later they jumped so I went back to Farmers and they have been holding the rates for around 5 years now.
