If you are buying assuming it is an as-is sale, you will be fine. I bought a used TT from them several years ago, had a fairly easy time getting the oven fixed (wouldn't light, bad valve). The epoxy in the plastic sink to stop the leaks was a little unsightly, as was the glass light cover in the slide that was broken and epoxyed back together. I ended up having to but a new sink (only way to stop the constant leak), and I put it in myself so as not to have to pay them labor for the replacement. That and I had to pay close to a grand for the PDI, I wonder what they Inspected - sure wasn't the leaking propane pigtail up front (ace hardware has them cheaper).
