Anything on wheels behind a fiver is triple towing and these are the states that either do or don't allow it

According to Lippert who probably built your frame if your trailer extends farther than 10' from the back of your rear wheel any significant weight on the rear your fiver should split in half like the Titanic plus alter the tongue weight throwing the whole thing outta' kilter, the owner of our resort hauls a full dressed Harley on the rear of his fiver on a lift but he added a third axle aft of the rear one which wound up costing over $10.000! As for myself I would haul it on a separate utility or cargo trailer behind and avoid the states that don't allow it but I have several friend who routinely triple tow from north to south with out a problem but who knows which is why I'm buying a golf cart in Florida and leaving it there!
