There are no emissions on a 5th wheel, unless you are talking about the material they are made of, then you wont find an emission free unit!

Any new 5th will out gas and that used to be formaldahyde used in the glues and carpet. It could poison the occupants if in it when closed up. It's no joke and it is why they changed materials and went to a certification. The op is wise to look into this. Toxin in building materials is very real but thankfully it is getting better.
